Symptom tracking

The UAS7 (Urticaria Activity Score over 7 days) is a simple daily record of hives and itch that many doctors use to understand how active CSU is. Score each day once, then share the total with your doctor.

How to score each day Hives: 0 = none · 1 = fewer than 20 · 2 = 20–50 · 3 = more than 50 (or large areas) Itch: 0 = none · 1 = mild · 2 = moderate · 3 = intense

Treatment Discussion Guide

Doctors usually follow a step-by-step approach — starting with non-drowsy antihistamines and adjusting or adding treatments if symptoms aren't controlled. Our guide helps you understand the steps so you can decide together. We never recommend specific medicines.

Get Support
What happens when I click "Get Support"?

You can choose to download a starter pack, join a peer circle, or send a support request. A trained volunteer will point you to relevant resources. We do not provide diagnosis or medical advice.

Can you recommend a doctor near me?

We can't recommend individual doctors. Look for a dermatologist or allergist; clinics with a CSU Care Kiosk have chosen to offer extra CSU information to their patients.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We collect only what we need, never sell your data and never share it with funders. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you offer financial assistance for treatment?

We do not fund treatment. We can share information about government health schemes (such as Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and state schemes) and our Know your rights guide.

Can family members join support groups?

Yes. We run a dedicated caregivers' circle and family members are welcome in most groups.
